Keystone Inspection and Testing Services is an insured and bonded company, licensed to practice business in the state of Pennsylvania.
Our construction inspectors have multiple certifications in all forms of Civil, Residential and Commercial inspection services. Are inspectors are proud members of the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies for over 8 years. Certifed professional construction inspectors and construction managers with experience in roadways, highways, bridges, powerplants and pipelines. Some of our inspectors are actively certified by the Northeast Center of Excellence for Pavement Technology, which is the most sought after certification in asphalt paving in the Northeastern United States.
Some well-trained inspectors on our staff are also active members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. They have passed the national exams and keep a steady influx of continuing education in all the major aspects of residential and commercial building inspections. This includes certifications from the Department of Environmental Protection to test for Radon in Residential and commercial properties. Our construction inspectors and technicians have taken courses in private well testing, electrical testing, septic dye tests and water quality analysis.
We also carry certifications from the American Concrete Institute, enabling our inspectors to test concrete and mold composite strength cylinders for PENN DOT and major construction projects.
